  • ₱20,000 for 120 sqm – 499 sqm
  • ₱50,000 for 500 sqm – 699 sqm
  • 1% of the Total Contract Price for 700 sqm and above

After paying the reservation fee, the buyer is required to prepare the down payment within the given period.

The down payment for a lot is 20% of the total contract price.

  • For installment, the contract that needs to be signed is the Contract to Sell.
  • For full payment, the contract that needs to be signed is the Deed of Absolute Sale.

Yes, there are annual dues and a homeowners’ association fee:

  • Annual Dues – ₱4.00 per sqm (paid yearly).
  • Homeowners’ Association Fee – ₱150 per sqm (one-time payment).

The buyer has the option to transfer the title themselves or request the company to handle the transfer.
